These terms and conditions govern the use of the website www.elvaglezno.com and the purchase of goods in the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the Site). The Site is operated by Rihards Garms. By using this Site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The e-store operates using the Wix Stores platform. The products offered are works of art and/or related products sold in limited quantities.
Products and prices
All products are offered subject to availability. Product images slight color variations may occur due to device screen settings. Prices are indicated EURO and are subject to change without notice.
Placing an order
An order is considered successfully placed when: the required information has been filled in, and the purchase has been confirmed in the e-store system. After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation to the specified e-mail address.
Payments
Payments are processed using secure third-party payment service providers such as Stripe. 👉 The site does not store payment card details.
Delivery
Delivery terms and times may vary depending on the order type and delivery address. Delivery costs (if any) are indicated before the order is confirmed.
Right of withdrawal and return
If the purchase does not meet expectations, the customer has the right to contact the seller to agree on a solution, in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. ⚠️ Please note that: Individually ordered or personalized artwork may not be returnable.
Intellectual Property
All content of the Site (images, texts, design) is the intellectual property of Elva Garma and may not be used without written permission.
Liability
We are not responsible for: technical failures beyond our control outages of third-party services (e.g. payment systems)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
